Hi,

I am moving from Germany soon and need to cancel my internet connection.

To what address should I send my Abmeldung from Bürgeramt and the Vodafone EasyBox 804?

Is it enough to send you this to cancel my subscription or do you need anything else from me?

Hi @jonashellström.

If you already canceled your contract then Vodafone need the confirmation (Abmeldebestätigung). This document you can upload via contact formular.

Note that you still have to pay 3 month (starting your date of the "Abmeldebescheinigung") further on.

The EasyBox 804 you should send back to Vodafone immediately. You'll find the address on the documents as you got the box.

You can get a return label for free from vodafone, just call them and tell them you want to return the easybox.
