    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I used to have a cable Germany service for 2 years when I used live in another city.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Now I moved to Mannheim and I got new vodafone internet connection.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;I used Gigacube for one month as well as trial period.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;I canceled both the cable Germany and GigaCube connection and returned the GigaCube as asked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Now I only have Vodafone DSL connection.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;I did not check my accolades for some time and now when I checked that I realized that I was getting deductible money every now and then.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;I have paid more than 300 euros in past three months.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Do you have any clarification on that?&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;If not, I'll take some leagl action.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;If you have the authority to deduct money from your account.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Reply ASAP.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I tried to call the customer service in many occasion.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Eglish as my German is not good and. Everytime I failed.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;No one speaks English and I never ever got my reply.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;I was asked to hold the line for some time and the line is always disconnected.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;This is a disagraceful way to treat your customer.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Anyway, I am happy if I get my reply in any medium.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Thanks.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Waiting for the reply.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
