      <title>Connection Ordered one month Ago - No progress</title>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry my german is bad. Therefore English.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My order number is&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT color="#ff0000"&gt;***&lt;/FONT&gt;. I ordered a DSL connection on 25th June. The online status is Green and says "Tech- Auftragbear" since 28th of June.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Its been 1 month now. I have no information on when i will receive my login, modem and the connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I already got in touch with Vodafone Customer support last week and got a reply that mostly i can expect further info in a few more days and there is nothing open from my side.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can you please promide me some concrete information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

All the letters an hardware will be send, only after Telekom confirms the order.
