DSL contract cancellation due to Kabel sign-up

Hello,

I had Vodafone DSL 50 in my old flat, because the Vodafone Kabel wasn't available in the region.

In May/2018, I moved to a new appartment and in this new place I signed-up for Vodafone Kabel because it is available there.

I did it trough the website and in the formulaire there was a option for Vodafone to handle the DSL contract cancellation, but after all, Vodafone is saying that I need to handle that. Anyway, i'm trying in different channels without success.

Please, does someone can tell me how can I proceed?

The DSL contract will be deactivated automatically if you order a number porting.

You can send me a private message. I will check the status of your DSL contract then.

I need your name, your DSL and cable customer number and your DSL customer password.
