&lt;LI&gt;What do you mean by "asked for my DSL"?&amp;nbsp; Did you notify Vodafone of your move to a new appartment in terms of a "Umzugsmeldung"?&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Hello, I have a problem with my DSL contract. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;in last December i moved to a new apartment and so asked for my DSL.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;however, i am still in my new address.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;i am currently using a temporary internet connection for which i pay as well.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;i have no idea what to do and i am unable to communicate with anyone in Vodafone.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1- i actually wasn't aware that i was still being charged until i noticed it in my bank transactions by chance. yes that was a mistake on my part that i have only myself to blame for. i just assumed they would not charge me but that was a mistake.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2- yes, i did notify a vodafone branch and filed an application for it. i wasn't given any papers regarding the issue and this being my first time doing it i wasn't really aware of the full process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what would help me right now is just an email address or a phone number where i can contact them directly and clarify the situation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;many thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
