Cancel Technician Appointment

I have to cancel today's technician appointment as I need to go to the doctors. I have called the helpline since 7.30 but could not speak to anyone who understood that I needed to cancel (I know only basic german). Is there an email contact I can use? I don't think it's fair that I may be charged if I tried cancelling as soon as I could this morning.

Alternatively you can either call us or you can send a private message to me by clicking my avatar -> Diesem Benutzer eine private Nachricht senden.

I need your name, customer number and the new date.

Please note: If the original appointment is today, the new appointment will be charged with 59 Euro. For the new appointment we need a lead time of at least 5 workdays.
