    <description>I have to cancel today's technician appointment as I need to go to the doctors. I have called the helpline since 7.30 but could not speak to anyone who understood that I needed to cancel (I know only basic german). Is there an email contact I can use? I don't think it's fair that I may be charged if I tried cancelling as soon as I could this morning.</description>
