Not able to confirm email

Hello All,

I received two email for conforming mz email address. Once it was successful once it was not. Still mz profile is showing the email is not confirmed can you please help me.

Sorry for writting in English, i do not speak good German.

Edit: I deleted the attatchement. Customer number was visible. Please do not post personal data.
