    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Hello!&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;I really need to contact a customer representative in English.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;I recently processed my relocation within Munich and can not contact the technician to set up an appointment.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;So, when I look at my paperwork, it appears as though all my contracts (mobile and internet) are being canceled on Wednesday.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;I work remotely from home and can not be without the internet.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Pretty please help!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
