      <title>Internet not activated after technician visit</title>

      <description>Dear Vodafone Community,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately my German is not good enough to explain the situation.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have made a contract with Vodafone for the Red and Internet Phone 100 DAL. Today at around 11 the Techniker came to install and connect the DSL. Normally at 17:00 the same day, the internet should be activated already. However, until now I am still not able to use the internet.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On the modem, power/DSL is blinking, WLAN is on. But the rest (fon, DEXT, and info) are off. When I go to fritz.box -&amp;gt; DSL information, it says “DSL kabel nicht angeschlossen”.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have called hotline and they have opened a ticket but said that it can take up to 48 hours to get a response. Normally it should be ok but I’m already having bad experience with the installation (Techniker came 1,5 hours too late for the first visit so I was not at home anymore and had to make another appointment which took more than 1 week), so I would like to use my internet as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have restarted the modem, unplugged the cable for 30 seconds, and the normal routine but it’s still not working.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Kind regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Tofu</description>
