No welcome letter was sent! frustrated finding contact from aboard for my contract!!!!!

I am a new customer and I started my contract from my trip aboard in April. At first the assistant said that I could set everything up online and it would be easy,

But no

I have NOT received my Welcome letter so far, this also means I CAN NOT register to Meinvodafone, and look for my bill and to also pay the bill. I have been looking around for contact email because all of the Q&A could not help my problems. And there was no EMAIL ADDRESS. I called on the customer service number for people who are staying abroad and it DID NOT work as well. It was so frustrated for me. I will still be abroad until July before coming back to Germany,

And I have no idea how to get into contact with Vodafone to at least work with people????????????

Anyone could help me to find an email- address or a number that works outside of Germany to contact with vodafone?

The welcome letter is sent via e-mail. Please check your inbox and spam folder.

Only if you do not confirm your e-mail address it is sent via letter mail.

You can order a new welcome letter by calling our hotline.
