      <title>English speaking support for failed delivery of DSL device</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, my skills of German are not that good to talk over the phone, so I came here to ask for help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Actually, I signed a contract for DSL connection. However, the DSL device did not come in time. I checked with GLS&amp;nbsp;Sendungsverfolgung, the status of the package says that it was returned back to GLS with reason: "Das Paket konnte nicht zugestellt werden, da weitere Adressinformationen benötigt werden."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Although, today the technician came to setup DSL. He could not finish his job, because he needs the device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could someone please help me to request the delivery once again?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot in advance!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I finally received DSL device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I could not activate it, because I didn't receive "Willkommensbrief" with "Installation Code" which is required for device activation.
