Hello.

My name is Pedro. i prefer to speak in english, (because my german is a bit rusty and this is an important matter) if it is possible. i was a client of Vodafone in Germany, less than a year ago i went back to Spain but i did not close my account with his Company.

I have received a letter about the debt (from Rechtsanwalt Reiner Haas & Kollegen) and i have already pay it, but also i want to make sure the account is close and the contract terminated.

I try to make contact with the office and departaments of spain, but it´s seems that im not registered in their database.

Can your help me?

I have here the receipt of the payment.

I´m PedroPRG ( i had a problem with the other account and the only way i saw to solve it was to make a new one, sorry for the trouble)
