English support - change of address

Dear all,
I moved one month ago in the same city and in the same time request via fax to Vodafone the moving of services to the new address. Unfortunately I didn't receive any feedback and I try several times to call the service center without success due to my poor German.

Could someone support me or have an idea what I can do?
