Hi,

Could you please cancel the security package added with my DSL connection?

As I speak very little german coudn't explain it to the customer support person who doesn't speak any english. I did it myself on Mein vodafone with the help of google translator.

For all others who have the same question you can cancel the security package (Sicherheitspaket) in MeinVodafone by following these steps:

Select your DSL contract
Meine Produkte
Internet
Sicherheitspaket
