English speaking support

For couple of weeks I've been trying to get some help from Vodafone in English languane.

In this forum I found several phone numbers - bot none if them was helpful.

Nobody speaks English.

In automated menu there's no possibility to choose English.

Also in the Vodafone stores they refuse to help, saying: "oh no internet is not related to us - you need to call".

Is there any chance to get help in English?

Not by phone, no.

The mods speak english, though.

The mods here speak english. Most germans do, actually (we have schools and stuff 😉 ). We just don't do it on the job.

Employer doesn't pay for english, employee doesn't speak english. That's just how the cookie crumbles.
