    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The technicians requested a new appointment for DSL installation.&amp;nbsp;In the mesage that I got from vodafone is writen that i can change the apointment in "dsl.vodafone.de/termin", but i can't access that adress because the processing order status is finnished (attached file). How can i arange the new appointment, not throgh the hotline (0800 1721212), because I don't understand german.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you still havent signed a contract with Vodafone, I would suggest not to go ahead but try some other provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trust me, if you think customer service is an important aspect before selecting a DSL company, dont go with Vodafone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyways, whatever you decide, i wish you good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
