Hello,

I bought Call ya sim card online.

I received sim card in second attempt. ( In first attempt, sim card was not delivered to me and returned. Second time, new sim card delivered and I get it).

Now I got letter saying that I have to send SMS from old sim card which I don't have or I can activate througth WhatsApp ( I don't have customer number and customer password).

In this case, How do I activate my sim card?

The SIM card is only activated after the successful video call.

When I am filling up form that you provided in post.

There are multiple issues with it.

1. It is giving me error - "Please check and correct your input." for number. I tried every possible way(with area code/without area code).

2. At the bottom of the form, It is asking me to identify myself with postoffice. - This is outrageous because I have already verified my self with post office. After that you send me sim card.

Hello, your first SIM card with the number ... 022 resulted in a mail return. You will have to re-legitimize yourself for the new phone number. Unfortunately, I can't do that for you. Please contact a Vodafone shop, they will help you.
