Hello!

i have issues with my call ya prepaid account. I want to contact someone, in english , since I do not speak german but this is impossible till now. the issues are complicated and i cannot expplain them by phone.

is there a solution?

i want to travel to the EU with my call ya phone. Is roaming available? should i buy and extra data program?

I do not seem to understand the call ya top up procedure.

I keep topping up , i have money on my account but the programs never get included/.

Can you tell us what CallYa tariff you are currently using?

You can use the MeinVodafone app to get the information or the tariff manager (free of charge) 22044 by call. Press 4 to change the language into English.
