      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used to have a CallYa 9.99EUR prepaid then I thought of&amp;nbsp;shifting to another provider for a higher data capacity. I reached out to Vodafone customer hotline to inquire how I can shift to another provider and still keep my phone number. I was advised that Vodafone can offer me a higher data capacity of 4MB per month for 14.99EUR instead of me shifting to another provider. I accepted this offer and I received an email confirmation. But upon checking MeinVodafone profile I noticed that I am now linked to Vodafone Red XS for a monthly charge of 29.99EUR. Can you please check this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
