Cannot identify myself to activate SIM Card via Postident Online

I brought a callya card from EDEKA supermarket, when i registered the sim I had only option to use Identify yourself in a post office - online via Postident, However, when I tried to activate online via Postident, I was told that Postident Online does not support verification of Indian Passports.

Cloud you please guide me on how I can activate it as the stores are closed because of covid.

Hello @jith,

As an Indian customer, you can only legitimize yourself in a post office. You enter your data on our registration page (https://www.vodafone.de/ Komfortaufladen/idreg_callya/index.do). Then you select registration in a post office. A coupon will be generated. Please print it out and send it to a post office. Take your passport with you for legitimation.
