I have purchased on the Vodafone.de website a SIM CallYa prepaid card. I did the identification with WebID. I received the SIM card but it is not working. Please help!

All sorted now after chat on whatsapp with a customer advisor. It turned out that I needed to top up manually the SIM card before I am able to use it.
