Not receiving SMS and verification codes on CallYa sim.

Hi,

I bought my CallYa sim at a supermarket and get it activated from a Vodafone store two days ago. It has been activated and the data and calls are working fine but I am not receiving any SMS and Verification Codes on that number. I did not even receive SMS about card activation.

Please Help.

did you buy the SIM-card in Mediamarkt or Saturn or an normal supermarket?

Yes, I sent a private message to @Lecy and I got a reply from @NeNa that they have reactivated my sim card and it should receive SMS and if not I should restart mobile phone. I restarted my mobile phone multiple times and still not receiving any SMS and verification codes.

what do you mean by verification code? And to my understanding: You cannot receive SMS? I can confirm that your SIM card is active.

Hi @Conzi01,

I guess @Shreya meant with verication code a mTAN, isn't it?
Maybe Shreya has the same issues with incoming/outcoming SMS like the other customers recently.
Here helped initiating (erneutes Einlesen) the sim-card again.

By verification code, I mean any OTP (one-time password) or code sent by any application to authenticate or verify the number.

Yes, I'm not receiving any SMS.

since the SIM card is already registered, you do not need to verify with a code. Or is it required at a specific location?

Because of the SMSn: I will re-register your SIM card. Please switch off your cell phone for 10 minutes and restart it afterwards. Thanks
