Hi,
I am trying to make a SIM change without success.

1. In the vodafone App I have updated my address, but it is still showing my old address as shipping address and there is no way to correct it.

2. Plus, I tried to access on MeinVodafone online portal to make there the change, but it keep saying that the PW is falsch and after 3 times, it blocks the access for 24 hours. The issue is that it does not allow me to update the password neither.

3. No way to contact the hotline cause there is no English speaking agents 😞
