Zunächst einmal entschuldige ich mich für das Deutsche, aber ich benutze den Google Übersetzer.
Diesen Monat haben sie mir das Zweifache des Betrags von 20 Euro meines CallYa-Mobilabonnements belastet

This might be absolutely correct as the CallYa plans only run 4 weeks and NOT a whole month.

Thus it might (or better definitely will) happen that you have to pay twice in one month at least once a year (52 weeks per year / 4 weeks per charge = 13 charges a year).

And as May had 31 days, it's possible that you have been charged on the first 3 days and then on that last 3 days again as the 4 weeks passed...
