CallYa flex 4G not working

I bought CallYa flex not little while ago and everything was fine until yesterday when 4G disappeared and the internet is not working. What shall I do?

first of all, let us start with the basics

what have you done so far to get rid of the error ?

my advise if you didnt done it:
-restart your phone

-check if mobile data is turned on and WiFi is truned off

If possible could you send me private message with a screenshot attached to it so can see the error screen.

keep in mind that i need your mobile number + your password
