      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to cancel my Hamburg cell phone for the past 1 week--I am in London and do not speak or understand German. So any help number I call replies in German and I have no idea what to do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To cancel from my bank end I need the vodafone Merchant Ref and Creditor ID--for which I have to call vodafone again!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can someone help..I will get charged €15 on the 21st..and until I manage to cancel..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you for all help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;stay safe all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Neo&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
