&lt;P&gt;About the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;MeinVodafone App&lt;/STRONG&gt; you should pause the &lt;STRONG&gt;Komfortaufladung&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Then the tariff won't renew and your giro account won't debit anymore.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;But note, when you have a balance higher then 20€ on your SIM-card then the tariff will be renewed again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Open the app, click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Aufladen&lt;/STRONG&gt;" and scroll till "&lt;STRONG&gt;Automatischer Bankeinzug&lt;/STRONG&gt;".       <description>&lt;P&gt;I am english and do not speak good german.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was living in Germany for six months and I got a Callya Digital SIM but have moved back to the UK and no longer need it. I would like to stop the direct debit and cancel the SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot find a way to cancel this SIM on the MeinVodafone website and have had trouble speaking to the customer service in English - does anybody know how to help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
