Change contract to CallYa

Hello,

My contract is expired in 3 April, 2020 and I want to change it to CallYa. But since I just terminate the contract these days, the system automatically extends the contract for another year and says CallYa can be changed after 3 April, 2021. How can I change it to CallYa after 3 April, 2020?

Hi @Yong1231,

When your contract expire on 3th April 2020 then VF should have get your cancallation at the latest of 3th January 2020 (3 months before contract ending).

The next date to change from contract to CallYa is in April 2021 now. 😞
