Please tell me your first name, last name and your address where you ordered the SIM card in 2018.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which amount was debited to your account until January 2020?&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;On the account statement you can also see our customer number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please also give me this number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please send me your data via PM (click on my name on the left and then on "Send this user a private message" on the right). &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks and best regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BiancaW&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <title>Don’t be cheated by Vodafone!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Vodafone offers the worst service I have ever used. When you want to join them, they respond very quickly. When you have problems, they just kick you away. This is my experience:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I ordered a Vodafone sim card in 2018, but it never arrived! After that, I thought they would cancel this service since they did not send me anything. I didn’t realize they kept deducting my money until January, 2020. Here are the key points of their service.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When I call Vodafone, the hotline robot requires me to input phone number and Aufnumber. How can I input it since I didn’t receive anything from Vodafone??&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have to go to a Vodafone retail store afterwards. The service agent checked the phone number for me and told me I have to call or go online.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I called many times, but they keep telling me you need to call another number. After being kicked twice, finally I was stopped by their complicated Robot. Very time consuming.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Finally I found someone in Whatsapp after talking to their robot for quite a long time. The service agent kept telling me “sorry I can’t help you”. He/she didn’t want to help me at all because there is no “problem solving” requirement in his/her KPI! They don’t care about customer’s satisfaction all all !&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Now I am exhausted and don’t know what to do. Who can help me?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vodafone has a very bad reputation. I am so stupid that I didn’t check their reputation before ordering their service!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
