Does it need a long time to sinchronize? The callya flex app brings some errors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have received and activated the callya SIM card from Vodafone. It is written that it is the talk&amp;amp;SMS. Now I am trying to load a data package on it but I cannot find the Flex 1 GB 5€ tarrif in the list proposed from the app. Do I need to firstly switch to Callya flex or I have to order a new SIM? How do I do such a switch? Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Yes, you're right. You have to switch to CallYa Flex tariff first. The easiest way is phoning the customer support about +49 172 229 0 229 (press 4 for English speaking support).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ask the agent to switch your tariff from Talk &amp;amp; SMS to CallYa Flex. When it's done you have to use the CallYa Flex app then.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note: When you use the CallYa Flex app first time you have to use it with a mobile connection! Then you be able booking your tariff mix (data volume and message unit).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
