Document Confirmation Not Working

Apologies for using English. I recently purchased a prepaid SIM online and then tried doing the document approval process. First through the web browser and then the app on my phone.

Both places it said it could not use my document and didn't give me any other options to confirm.

Any help would be great.

please try again. An American passport is an approved identification document for the registration of a CallYa card.
