      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a Call-ya SIM card in Rossman last week, and tried to activate it. An email from Vodafone says that the identification for the SIM card was finished, but the website says my card could not be activated. What is the problem with the activation?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
