Hi, Sorry for my lack of German technical language so I was looking for a way to contact CallYa support in English. I was told 0172 229 0229 and then press 4 in the options but this does not work. I tried the option 2 but the help could not speak English and I couldn't get my problem accross to the operator (no fault of his obviously).

Is there another way please?

Hi @RexJarvis,

that sounds strange. Pushing the button 4 should normally forward you to an English speaking agent.

Maybe the community can help you with your issue? 🙂

I only get options 1 and 2 and when I press for an option 4 the system just repeats options 1 and 2 again.

Hello @RexJarvis,

at what time did you try to reach the English speaking CallYa team? The colleagues can be reached via key 4 from 9 am to 7 pm.

We just tested it with button 4. It worked

Hi @Conzi01 ,

Thanks very much - I need to switch off the voicemail answering maching - I don't want it. It takes every call immediately without the phone ringing. I have used the code ##002# and dial, it says MMI code running, then it says delete all forwards successful but still I get no calls. When I call my mobile from a landline it goes straight to voice mail.
