Account balance incorrect, money lost

I just charged 25 Euro at Sep 2.

Today I arrived at Swiss and received a SMS several minutes after I arrived, it says my balance is -6.99 Euro.

So I charged 50 Euro again, and after that I have not used so many data service. It should not cost so much.

But tonight when I check the account balance, it is only 18.21 Euro left.

Where is my money? How many have you charged me for the service in Swiss??

Please help to check it.

Hi @liumin,

It's a little bit different between EU and European countries. Switzerland is located in Europe but not part of the European Union.

That's the reason that the costs of mobile connection and calls are very expensive in the Swiss.

I think I never use the data after paying fifty euros to the account, then why is only eighteen euros left?

I'm not a employee of Vodafone rather a customer like you. I can't show you any bills.

Swiss isn't part of the EU. It's located in Europe but not in the EU (like Germany, France, Netherland etc.).

If you are in Swiss then the costs as follows.

For using phone Swiss is in Europa 1

For using data Swiss is in Zone 1

Incoming calls in Swiss costs 0,96ct per minute. Outgoing calls costs 1,82 € per minute (Vodafone Swiss) or 2,18 € per minute (from other providers you logged in in Swiss).

If you use data connection in Swiss then it will be expensive. 0,20ct per 50 kB (1 megabyte = 4,10 €).
