My sim card does not work in Turkey

Hello,

I have a CallYa Special Tarif and have travelled to Turkey. Since I am here, I can't make any call. I also charged my account last night for 15 Euros; however, this morning I see that I got only 3 cents in my account left!

I don't know what I have made wrong, but I couldn't fix it.

Is Mobile Data Roaming acitvated? Because it is very expensive to use Mobile Data in Non-EU-Countries...

Hi @SabLi,

An additional notice of @Jojo111 post. The better tariff in Turkey is Smartphone Special International. Then you your balance won't contract so fast.
