Hello Everybody,

Firstly, please forgive me if my English is not very good.

I'm planning to travel to Germany and have a callYa simcard to prepare for my trip. I tried and tried to turn on Vodafone Billing on Google Play and my simcard keep showing the error:

"The account verification could not be. Please try again."

My sim can call + send message + roaming + internet but can not work with Google Payment. I tried to turn off devices, check out SMS Center Numbers, all good except Google Billing.

I did top up 30Euro + 25Euro CallYa Bonus and almost spent all roaming Vodafone Hotline to get SUPPORTS by waiting for someone to speak English.

I have only two days to get on board so please help me !!!

Dear Sir/Madam Grautvornix,

Me and my friends planned to arrive Germany on 24/08/2019 but our flights had some problems so the new date will be 31/08/2019

We bought 6 simcards and 11 topup cards and the numbers are:

- *** ( 0€ Call Hotline)

- *** ( 0€ because tried to roaming and active Vodafone Bill)

- *** ( 30€ - CallYa Smartphone Speacial Triple FIL PA)

I used number *** to registered account with email ***

Please let me know if you need any more infomations.
