I do not know my customer ID password and it wasn't mentioned in my receipt. I purchased this SIM card from Saturn in 2016 October. I want to use the myvodafone services and to do so I need to create an account. Creating an account requires the customer ID password which I do not have. Please help me out!

Hi @mnm5199,

As you mentioned you bought the SIM-card in Saturn then I guess it's a Mobilcom-Debitel SIM-card. Please check your documents or have a look at the SIM-card.
