Can not charge my new SIM card

I have received my new SIM card today but it is in offline status, when I tried to charge it with VISA card, a failure happened. Would you pls tell me what is the problem?

I tried to upload the failure screenshot but I don't know why it is not shown here.

I thought the SIM card is already activated when I received it. What else do I need to do? How to register it?

You have to register your card: https://www.vodafone.de/shopreg/idreg_callya/index.do
Aren't there informations in the letter you recieved with the new card?

I have the SN and telefone number info in the letter I received.

I tried to register in the link you provide, but still have 2 problems:

1) It failed in the end with a cause: A system error occured - please try again later.

2) The link will lead me to a video identification, but I have done that when I apply for this SIM card, do I need to repeat that?

Now I have charged my SIM card, but it is still not working, how can I activate it?
