English - CallYA Activation SIM

Hi,

Almost one month ago, i bought a prepaid sim CallYa in one store. I did the activation online, and i got the coupon for the identication.

I went to the post office with that coupon, but they have some problems with non-german ID cards. So i went into a vodafone shop, and one vodafone's employee chcked my id card and he proceed with the regristration of my documents and with my identification step. I did this more than 2 weeks ago.

Anyway, the sim is not active yes. Could you please tell me what is going on?
