Hello,

Around 10 days ago Ibought 4Gb with a prepaid plan/chip, thw issue is that i only got 2Gb, Im notfrom germany and its been imposible to get in touch with support. I would also like to know if what was charged to me waa ok since it seems a little bit expensive, 4Gb cost me 40 Euros.

Can you tell us, which price you currently use? Here you can find our prepaid price plans. You can switch your price plan via your MeinVodafone app.

Hello Dany,

I bought a 4Gbps prepaid plan, the whole amount the vodafone employee charged me was 40 Euros, i said to him i thought it was around 20 Euros for, 4Gbps,but he said there was an activation fee, also mein vodafone app its showing only 2Gbps, please help

Hello, please help, im running out of data, tried caalling 22922 but it was in german, i only speak English, can you please help me upgrade to 4Gbps? Or as much data as I can buy with the remaining 30 Euros,?
If not, can you please give me detailed instructions on how i can upgrade? Maybe using mein vodafone app? Remember, I dont speak German
