Hello,
I will have an internship in Heidelberg so I arrived to Stuttgart today and bought this pre-paid card from a vodafone shop. They told me it should be activated in 2 3 hours, after 4 hours it hadnt been activated yet so I went to store. The guy told me than sourtimes it can take up to 8 hours so I have to wait. Now there has been 11 hours since I bought the card and it is still not active. I will leave Stuttgart tomorrow and I am not sure what I should do.

did you ever turn to the staff of the callya team under 0172 2290229? You can check if any documents are missing.

I tried to do that now but I cant because my simcard is not active 😕 I can not make a phone call.
It has been two days. I paid 50 euro and I cant use my phone. This is unacceptable
