Hello,

I bought a CallYa prepaid SIM today at a Vodafone store. I want to connect my MeinVodafone account to this SIM, but I was not given a customer password at the store. Can anyone help me find the password so I can add my CallYa card to my MeinVodafone account?

I recommend going back to the store and ask the staff for your customer password.

Thank you, unfortunately I will not be able to go back to the store in the next several days, so it would be great if a representative could help me retreive my password online.
