Haven't received a CallYa sim card yet

Hello,

I have ordered a CallYa sim online and went through the online id verification with WebID since 19th April.

I suspect it may be related to my delivery address.

As I have no mobile contract in Germany, I could not contact the customer service for this.

Can someone help me? Thank you so much.

I need help, I ordered the sim card online, I checked my ID on post office, got email confirming my new number but never received it, then Vodafone emailed me saying the sim card had returned and I need to request it again, my issue is that once I got the mobile number my boss in Augsburg already ordered business card with that number, so even if I request a card again I need that same number.

Anyone can help me?
