Need help in English. What is the direct email address for email support? I don't have a phone number yet but I need to confirm my prepaid phone number and the address my card was shipped to. Any quick response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'm a new customer waiting for my CallYa prepaid card and account information but the form requires customer/subscriber password in order to allow me send the request.

Also it keeps asking me to check my input even though I have done that. Please see attached screenshot for this one.
