Activation of SIM Card via WebID not possible

I'm an Indian passport holder and bought a CallYa card for 9.99 euros at the local REWE supermarket in Geesthacht. However, when I tried to activate online via WebID, I was informed that WebID does not have Indian Passport data and was asked to contact Vodafone. Please, advice about course of action.

Hallo @aguha,

A CallYa Sim Card can be activated with a Passport. If you have an Identity Card, it is unfortunately not possible to activate the Sim Card.
