Sorry for my English, first of all.

I just buy a CallYa sim card and my handy doesn't recognize the SIM.

I have a Huawei P10, other 2 sim cards from other countries are working, but your card not.

I have try it in another device, another handy and the result is the same.

Your support will be appreciated.
