I bought pre paid sim card from Dresden Prager Strasse Vodafone shop in 27.09.2018. They told me I have to buy credit for the first time about 50 euro also, I accepted that nonsense and ok with waiting 2 days for opening my sim card.

After the 2 days, I went to store again and check the progress and said that not working at all sim card not opened. They told me we have to register again. So I gave my passport again and waited after 2 days more. But today is the 6th day and I can not use my mobile sim card.

I am so disappointed with Vodafone service and if I am able to, I can pursue that with legal ways also. Because I am a new student there and asked my friends about their Vodafone prepaid cards, they told me they were never paid the extra balance or waited more than 1 day. So I want this problem solved or I am going to register for my legal laws.

Sie haben mir gesagt, dass wir uns erneut anmelden müssen. Also gab ich meinen Pass noch einmal und wartete nach 2 weiteren Tagen. Aber heute ist der 6. Tag und ich kann meine mobile SIM-Karte nicht benutzen. Ich bin so enttäuscht von Vodafone Service und wenn ich dazu in der Lage bin, kann ich das auch mit legalen Wegen verfolgen. Da ich ein neuer Student bin und meine Freunde nach ihren Prepaid-Karten von Vodafone fragte, sagten sie mir, dass sie nie das extra Guthaben bezahlt hätten oder mehr als einen Tag gewartet hätten. Internet is working now but I can not get sms from services. So what should I do ?
