I bought a CallYa smartphone special prepaid card at the supermarket. After going through registration, I logged into My Vodafone on my laptop but whenever I try to add a charge for my credit, it says it cannot be done. I also cannot log in to the My Vodafone app. I cannot disconnect to use data because I am studying abroad and I need the sim card to work in order to use data.
