bestehende PUK code wirkt nicht

Hallo,

Ich bin CallYa kunde und hatte dreimal die inkorrekte PIN fur mein SIM eingefuhrt. Ich bin im Ausland und die PUK die ich im Juli 2018 via den hotline bekommen hat wirkt nicht mehr (hab nur 5 moglichkeiten fur die korrekte PUK). Gibts ein neue hotline nummer welche ich vom Ausland anrufen kann (via Skype?)?

Via Skype oder normales Auslandisches nummer kann ich nicht +49 172 229 9 229 anrufen.

Hilfe mir bitte?

Answers in English preferred, German is also okay. Thank you.

The correct number to dial is +49 172 229 0 229.

The PUK is a constant and cannot be changed.

Did you swap the SIM card for a new one?

In any case, the CallYa team will be able to help you.

When calling your service team, make sure to have your customer password at hand.

Yes, you do have one for your CallYa prepaid card.
