Still no number activation after WebID remote session

Hi, sorry for the English.

I activated a Vodafone CallYa Smartphone Special (Prepaid ohne Vertrag, with 10€ Startguthaben) 5 days ago to be able to have a valid phone number in Germany. The video activation with the operator was successful and I received a ticket from WebID closing the ticket. I was expecting to receive a confirmation SMS at my phone number within 24 hours (max 48 for the weekend), but after 5 days my number is not yet usable. Could you please help me?
